BMM Heaters have completed the installation of six high efficient CTUA60 warm air heaters and twenty four energy saving ESF destratification fans.

The heating system was designed to heat the storage centre which is 130 metres long x 50 metres wide x 12 metres high to an internal temperature of 18ºc, whilst the outside temperature being -3ºc.

The ESF energy saving fans were equally spaced throughout the building to give equal distribution, they were fitted to blow the hot stratified air from high level to low level making the whole heating system more efficient.

BMM Heaters installed in excess of 250 metres of gas pipe to the heaters from the gas meter and emergency shut off valve.
The pipe work was installed in the centre of the building 11 metres high with six branches to feed the heaters.

The heating system installed was registered on the ECA capital grant register, which entitled the customer to claim under this scheme.
